Membership Qualifications: 
A. Macau citizen, age 18 or above.
B. Art, critism, education or management professional with a certain level can apply for membership.
C. Applicant should submit the application form together with personal resume and works to the Council for approval.
D. Initiates approved should pay the membership fees on time.

Rights and Obligations of Member:
A. Rights:
1. Enjoy the services and benefits provided by AFA
2. Can participate in the exhibitions, seminars and exchange activities held or planed by AFA

B. Obligations:
1. To attend general meetings and related activities
2. To Comply with constitution
3. To Implement the resolution
